Tuesday Kickboxing class is at 11:30am. Sorry, the time was listed correctly on the weekly schedule but at noon on the class descriptions.
For the summer months: June-August:
Commencing week of June 4th:
Cardio Boot Camp with Lisa will take place on Wednesdays at 12:35pm
Wednesday Yoga with Lola will move to Thursday at 11:30am
New Schedule will be posted last week of May.
