Group Exercise Classes – Week of May 22: Lina will substitute for Markender for the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 11:30 classes. Monday, May 22 is Vatsady’s last regularly scheduled Yoga class – she will remain on as a substitute. Lina will commence instructing this Yoga time slot on Monday, June 5.

“Importance of Glute Training: Walk, Hike, Jog, Run” 30-minute Workshop – conducted by Maria Canino, M.S. It will be held on Tuesday, May 23rd at 12:30pm in the JFKFFC group exercise room, and will last for about 30 minutes. We will be discussing: how common injuries are related to the gluteal muscles, how to add exercises into your program to prevent injuries, how to add exercises to optimize performance, provide demonstrations of these exercises. Come dressed as you are, or bring your workout clothes if you desire to participate. Bring your lunch, and/or bring your office mate – make it a lunch hour date!

JFKFFC is closed on Monday, May 29 for Memorial Day.
