JFKFFC Newsletter Week of 8-19-13

 STRETCHING & FLEXIBILITY SEMINAR: A seminar on stretching and flexibility will be presented by our intern, Kayli, on Wednesday August 21 at 10:45 AM in the JFK Federal Fitness Center Group Exercise Room.  The presentation will include discussion and demonstrations of static and dynamic stretching, as well as PNF, and self myofacial release. Bring an office mate as we will also review stretches for the desk/office! We look forward to seeing you there! 


INJURY & INCIDENT REPORTING REMINDER: Should members become injured, witness an injury, view potential injury outcomes (blood on equipment), or come across potential injury situations (broken equipment, wet flooring) please bring this to the attention of the fitness center staff. If staff is not available please fill out an Incident Report (located on the small table under the AED across form the fitness center office door) and slide the report under the office door. Thank you.
