Attention Members: Lockers are only for day use. Do not leave anything in the lockers overnight. Locks must be removed after each use. Locks left on lockers will be cut off.   Locks and lockers will be cut off/emptied on Tuesday, February 5 if not removed by then. Contents will be kept in the fitness center office for one month, and then discarded.

February 7 – JFK FOH Presents “A New Year – Time to Put Resolutions into Action” It’s a new year and it’s time to put those new year resolutions about getting healthy into action. The JFK FOH will be hosting Stacy Kennedy, a Senior Clinical Nutritionist and Integrative Nutritionist at Dana Farber Cancer Institute, to give a talk on health and wellness. Stacy is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor through the American College of sports Medicine. She recently did a cooking demo on Fox 25 news. The presentation will be held  February 7, at 12:00PM, in conference room 275 C. Please give the clinic at 617-565-1041 if you would like to attend. Thanks!
