Changes JFKFFC Group Exercise Week of June 4th:

 Monday June 4th – one day only time switch: Yoga will be at 11:30 and Body Tone Up will be at 12:35

Wednesday June 6th – for the duration of the summer: Lisa will teach 30-minute CORE-EXPRESS at 12:35

Thursday June 7th – for the duration of the summer: Yoga with Lola will be at 11:30am

JFKFFC Class Schedule Update

Tuesday Kickboxing class is at 11:30am. Sorry, the time was listed correctly on the weekly schedule but at noon on the class descriptions.

For the summer months: June-August:

Commencing week of June 4th:

Cardio Boot Camp with Lisa will take place on Wednesdays at 12:35pm

Wednesday Yoga with Lola will move to Thursday at 11:30am

New Schedule will be posted last week of May.

JFKFFC Group Exercise Class Cancellation:

20/20 will be canceled on Friday, May 11 & Friday, May 25.

Please make use of the fitness equipment or exercise video on those days!
