Reminder 20/20/20 Cancellation: Group Exercise Class cancelled for Fridays October 21.

FY12 Renewal Applications.  ALL members must fully complete/sign a FY12 application by October 1, 2011. Download an application from our website (www.jfkffc.com) today, fill out completely (sign and initial ALL locations), add check for $168 (same as last year, $178 for NEW members), and slide under the fitness center office door.  Staff will update your record so you may continue with uninterrupted utilization of the JFK Federal fitness center.

ZUMBA: Thursdays at 12:35. Zumba fuses easy to learn dance moves with cool Latin beats to create a great workout that feels anything but.  Come join the party and burn major calories!  No previous dance experience necessary

JFKFFC Group Class Cancel/Announce

Sorry, Classes (Cardio Boot Camp & Yoga) cancelled for Wednesday, October 5.  Please come down and workout on the machinery and/or make use of a group exercise video.
