NO PAY? NO PLAY!  FINAL REMINDER.  If your facility entrance access FOB has been turned off then you will not be permitted entrance to the fitness center until you bring in a completed application and check.  It is a liability for all (Board, Management, Other members, GSA, and YOU) to have unauthorized use of the facility – please correct this situation immediately.
