Bell-Ringing: During non-staffed hours if members choose (not required) to open the fitness center front door when someone rings the bell, please ask them to sign in.  If they are uncooperative you may use the emergency phone located near the office door to contact the Federal Protective Service.  Forgetful members, it is your responsibility to bring and use your FOB.  If you have lost or misplaced your FOB
another can be purchased for $10.

Safety Issue: In order to ensure proper and safe floor spacing for all gym users please return all stability balls and resistance bands to their designated storage rack locations after each use.  Please utilize
and leave the Bosu Ball, TRX Suspension and Resistance Bands in the Group Exercise Room.  A TRX wall mount and an additional resistance band station will be purchased and placed in the Group Exercise Room for member use.  Thank you!

Lunch and learn FITNESS Demo: What is a Bosu Ball? Bosu Lunch and Learn Session. Monday, June 21st and Wednesday, June 30th @ 12:30 – 1 PM. The BOSU is essentially an unstable surface that engages all of your stabilizer muscles while performing regular exercises. You can stand, kneel and lay down on it.  You can use it for strength, balance, coordination and cardiovascular training.  Any exercise that you can do on a bench or on the floor can also be done on the BOSU.  http://www.bosu.com/scripts/cgiip.exe/WService=BOSU/story.html

Small Group Personal Fitness Training Price Change: for a small group of 6 -8 participants would pay only $12.50 each session. So, get your officemates together for a body-storming session.
