Gym Etiquette Hygiene Reminders:
Wear fresh workout clothes – take smelly clothes home to wash after each workout
Limit use of perfumes or sprays – do not put on your body prior to workout
Do not sit on locker room benches naked – sit on your towel
If you use/spill body/foot powder on the floor – clean it up
Wipe down machines after you use them
Do not spit in waste baskets, sinks, showers or water fountains
