JFK FFC Group Exercise Class Changes

KICKBOX: Wednesday will be Jeannie Brochi’s last day teaching Kickboxing with us here at the JFK.  The Board and Management would like to thank Jeannie for her years of dedication and instruction.  An employee of the EPA, she will continue her Kickboxing instruction over at her new occupational home – the newly renovated Post Office Court House.  Come on down to kickbox one last time!

Lauren will switch her Wednesday (1-27-10) YOGA instruction this week to Friday (1-29-10).  YOGA Video tapes will be available this Wednesday.

The JFK Board and Management have fielded suggestions for fitness service improvement and will be addressing several requests by adding new fitness staff, new group exercise instructors, back-up group exercise instructors and exciting new group exercise classes within the next few weeks.
