FOB-U-LOSS! As nicer weather approaches and you venture forth outside for a walk or run please bring your FOB (access key) with you.  Do not rely on others inside the fitness center to open the door for you as they are entitled to a non-interrupted workout as well.

Circuit of the Month: For people who do not have a lot of time the circuit of the month is efficient and effective as well as SUPER – check out the Superhuman exercises.  Simply pick up a handout on the front desk and follow the routine.
